As a medical doctor, specialized in integrative psychiatry, I am happy to serve you and your family in your mental and emotional healthcare needs.  I am experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions that affect children, adolescents, and adults. As we work together, I listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory medical advice to determine what changes are necessary for you, based on your constitution and imbalances.  Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your biodynamic system, all the while discovering the tools you need for improved energy, motivation, and balance.

MEDITATION
When the mind resides in the seat of the heart, we speak, feel, hear, and imagine the Truth.  The best practice of medicine involves a multidimensional treatment approach tailored to the individual's needs.  As a medical intuitive with experience in individual psychodynamic psychotherapy, couples, family, and play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a multitude of meditative breathing practices, including mantra meditation, Mind Sound Resonance Technique, Pranic Energising Technique, and Cyclic Meditation, I support you in therapeutic sessions to address and acheive your goals.  Our therapuetic work involves embodiment of feelings and emotions, self-reflection, and ultimately, the cultivation of moment-to-moment awareness.  Meditation, mindfulness-based sensory practices, breathwork, gentle movement, and fasting are all integral in optimizing cardiac coherence, thus incarnating energetic spirit.
